Oxford Man Arrested For Peeping

OXFORD, Miss. (PRESS RELEASE) – On Tuesday, July 12, the Oxford Police Department arrested 84-year-old William Holcomb of Oxford for peeping tom.

On July 9, the Oxford Police Department took a report from a victim about a male looking through her window.

The victim identified the person as Holcomb and that he was her neighbor.

The victim asked Holcomb to leave after he invited her over to his house.

The victim stated that she told Holcomb no and he began to rub on his crotch in her presence.

The victim left her apartment at the time and made a report to the police department about the incident.

Holcomb was arrested for peeping tom and was given a bond of $1,000.
