Video: 4-County Honors Top Student

MACON, Miss. (WCBI) — 4-County Electric Power Association is recognizing one of its top students.

The co-op held a reception Thursday for Jack VanDevender.

The Central Academy junior won the highest honor at the Electric Power Associations of Mississippi Youth Leadership Workshop.

VanDevender was selected as a Mississippi rep on the NRECA Youth Leadership Council.

In the position, he will represent 4-County at conferences across the country.

VanDevender also received a trophy, and a $1,000 scholarship.
