Early morning house fire in Oktibbeha County, no injuries reported

OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- A house fire in Eastern Oktibbeha County left a family homeless Tuesday morning.

District 5 and the East Oktibbeha Fire Department responded to the blaze shortly after 4:15 a.m.

It happened on Mt. Olive Road off Oktoc Road in Eastern Oktibbeha county.

We were told everyone was evacuated safely and there were no injuries.

The house was determined a total loss.

No word yet on what caused the fire.
