Fire breaks out at Columbus Triplex early Wednesday morning
COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- A fire breaks out a Columbus triplex early Wednesday morning.
Columbus Fire and Rescue was called out to the blaze on 1104 Railroad Street shortly after 3:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, fire fighters were able to contain the flames inside of the building.
Officials tells us, the fire started in the back of the complex and spread to the front.
The two people inside the building were able to get out safely.
The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time.
An investigation is underway.
