Bacon Wrapped Garlic Pork Loin

This week, I’ve got a delicious Pork Loin recipe that uses 5 simple ingredients!  Get a 3-5lb loin and trim off the extra fat.  Then, cover it in the ingredients, drop it in the slow cooker, and come back a few hours later to a feast!

Ingredients:

Pork Loin (3-5 lb, with excess fat trimmed)
2 tbsp canola oil
salt/pepper, to taste
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup brown sugar
8 slices thick cut bacon

Directions:

1. Rub oil over entire outside of meat and season with salt & pepper
2. Add garlic/brown sugar to top of meat
3. Wrap/drape bacon over pork
4. Place into greased slow cooker
5. Cook low and slow 4-6 hours
