Unsettled Pattern Through The Rest Of The Week.
TODAY: Temperatures slowly climb through the day and evening. Temperatures will be in the 40s this afternoon, and temperatures will continue to climb into the 50s overnight. Widespread rain today. Rain could be heavy at times. Isolated flooding issues could arise today. Scattered showers will continue through the overnight hours.
WEDNESDAY: More widespread showers and storms, which could produce heavy rain at times. Some areas may deal with flooding issues. Highs in the mid to upper 60s, with lows in the upper 40s and low 50s. We’ll keep a close eye on storms Wednesday, but the best chance for a strong or severe storm will be south of our area.
THU/FRI: Scattered showers are likely to round out the work week. Highs in the upper 50s Thursday and mid 60s Friday. Overnight lows in the low 50s Thursday night and low 60s Friday night.
SATURDAY: An approaching cold front from the northwest will trigger showers and storms Saturday, especially in the late afternoon and evening. Some of these storms could become strong to severe. We’re still fine tuning the forecast for Saturday so be sure to check back for frequent updates. High temperatures should climb well into the 70s Saturday afternoon, with lows dropping into the 50s behind the front.
SUNDAY: A few lingering showers will be possible in the morning, then drying out. Highs in the mid to upper 60s, with lows in the 40s.
MONDAY: A bit cooler with highs in the low 60s. An isolated shower or two will be possible in the late afternoon and evening.
