More Storms Today. Flooding Threat Continues.

TODAY: Widespread showers and storms today. An isolated strong storm will be possible in the morning hours, mainly south of US-82. Highs in the mid 60s. An additional 0.5″-1.5″ of rain will be possible today, with some localized spots receiving as much as 3″. Some additional flooding will be possible today. Rain ends in the late afternoon, and we stay dry this evening. Lows in the 40s.

THU/FRI: More showers likely through the rest of the work week. Highs in the 50s Thursday and 60s Friday. An additional 1-3″ of rain will be possible through the end of the work week, with locally higher amounts. Additional flooding will be possible where some of the heavier rain falls. 

SATURDAY: Highs climb well into the 70s ahead of an advancing cold front. Numerous showers and storms will push across the area ahead of the front. Some strong to severe storms will be possible Saturday afternoon and evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5-1.0″ will be possible, with locally higher amounts. 

SUNDAY: Finally, a dry day. Highs in the low 60s, with a mix of clouds and sunshine.

MON/TUE: A few showers will be possible late Monday and Tuesday. Highs in the low 60s.
