Colder Friday, Some Weekend Rain

Friday's Planner

Friday’s Planner

TONIGHT: Evening showers and clouds will give way to clearing skies during the night. Northerly winds between 10 and 20 mph are going to kick up. Actual lows are going to be in the upper 20s to around 30 with wind chill values in the upper teens by sunrise.

FRIDAY: Look for sunny skies and much colder highs in the low to mid 40s. Northerly winds between 10 and 15 are going to keep the chill factor going all day long so a winter coat is a must. Lows Friday night are going to push down into the mid to possibly low 20s again. Thankfully winds lighten up.

SATURDAY: We’ll enjoy a quiet day overall but you’ll notice more in the way of cloud cover advancing into the area during the afternoon. Highs are expected to be in the upper 40s to around 50.

SATURDAY NIGHT/SUNDAY MORNING: Numerous showers are likely along with a few rumble of thunder. Rainfall potential between 1/3” and 1” still exists so lets hope for the best considering the drought situation. Temperatures stay in the 40s.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON: It now looks like we’ll enjoy some clearing and milder highs in the mid to upper 50s.

NEXT WEEK: Up and down temperatures continue. Another cold front may provide the area with rain and a few storms Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
