A man is dead after a Saturday accident
COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) A Saturday afternoon motorcycle accident has claimed the life of a Columbus man.
Lowndes County Coroner Greg Merchant tells WCBI, 30-year-old Quincy Lashawn Holmes was traveling North on Casey Lane, when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a pickup truck.
The accident happened at the intersection of Casey Lane and Oswalt Road around 3:30.
The investigation is ongoing.
