Alabama Woman Arrested In Monroe County

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (Press Release) – Penny D. Grant, age 31, Russellville, ALA, was arrested on 9/10/15 for 2 counts of conspiracy to commit a crime and 2 counts of directing a youth to commit a crime. She was released on 9/14/15 on a $50,000.00 bond.
