Amory City Hall designated as place to drop off tornado relief supplies

AMORY, Miss. (WCBI) – The City of Amory is offering a place for residents to drop off supplies for Hamilton.

Amory City Hall was designated as a place for people to drop off toiletries, medical supplies, and other supplies.

The city said on its Facebook page that first responders are traveling back and forth helping Hamilton.

City Hall will be opened Sunday for people to drop supplies. It will also be opened from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The city asked on its Facebook page for residents to try and wait until Monday to drop off supplies, in order to let water recede. but asked them to message the Amory, Mississippi Facebook page if you needed to drop off supplies Sunday.
