Attorney William Starks appointed interim County Prosecutor

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Lowndes County supervisors appoint an interim County Prosecutor.

Attorney William Starks was given the appointment.

He ran for the position two years ago.

A special election will be held on November 2nd.

The seat became vacant after the death of former County Prosecutor Steve Wallace.
