ATV crash sends child to hospital

NOXUBEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – An ATV accident Friday night left a child in the hospital.

Noxubee County Sheriff Terry Grassaree said the crash happened around 8:30 p.m. Friday, on Lynn Creek Road west of Brooksville.

Sheriff Grassaree says a ten-year-old was riding an ATV when he was hit by a vehicle.

The child was airlifted to Jackson.

The crash is under investigation.
