Baldwyn Alderman Pleads Not Guilty

BALDWYN, Miss. (WCBI)- A Baldwyn Alderman will face a justice court trial next month on stalking and telephone harrassment charges.

Ward Four Alderman Ricky Massengill goes back to court June 24th,  after pleading not guilty to the charges Friday.

He was charged in April after a complaint stemming from a domestic situation was filed against him.

Massengill is out free after posting a $2,500 bond.
