COLUMBUS, MS (WCBI) –  Horsepower beats pedal power in Columbus last night.   Columbus police have charged Mark Levy of Columbus with burglary after he stole a purse from a car at Dutch Village.  Levy snatched the purse and fled on a bicycle but patrol officers quickly caught up with him a few minutes later.   His bond was set at 10 thousand dollars during a court appearance today.
