Boil water advisory lifted for Sulligent

SULLIGENT, Ala. (WCBI) – The boil water advisory for Sulligent has been lifted, according to City Manager Brett Ballard.

The water is now safe again for human consumption

The boil order was issued Sunday due to a loss of pressure following a pump failure.

Ballard also announced that Sulligent City Council voted on January 7 to have the faulty temporary pump replaced with a new permanent one.
