Boil water notice issued for Mount Comfort Water Association customers

CALHOUN COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Some water customers in Calhoun County will need to take extra precautions for the time being.

A boil water notice has been issued for the Mount Comfort Water Association.

The association had to shut down its system to perform routine maintenance, resulting in a loss of pressure.

Mount Comfort customers are advised to boil their water for at least 1 minute before use until further notice.
