Boil Water Notice In Tupelo

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – *UPDATED 2:00 p.m.* The city of Tupelo should have results back from the State Department of Health regarding the water supply by Saturday afternoon.

Forty samples were sent in to the DoH this morning and out of those, only one tested positive for E. Coli.

The city will announce when the water will be safe to drink again, and of course all updates will be posted here.

Until updates are posted, please continue to boil your water if you live in Tupelo.
