Bond Set In Columbus Attempted Armed Robbery Case
COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – The woman wanted in connection with an attempted armed robbery in the Columbus Walmart parking lot has turned herself in to police.
Bond was set Tuesday at $100,000 for Elboni Glenn.
Columbus police say the 20 year old turned herself in Monday.
The victim of the Aug. 4 incident told police the person who tried to take her purse was carrying an assault rifle.
Investigators say the shopper held on to her purse and Glenn took off in a dark colored car.
