Christopher Ayers of Jasper Alabama is charged with burglary after his arrest earlier this week. It all started when a homeowner suspected someone had broken into her home. Sheriff Chris Dickinson says she walked through the home and found the suspect sleeping in a bedroom. Another family member came to the scene and after a brief altercation with Ayers was able to detain him until deputies arrived. Ayers bond is set at $10,000
