A.C.L.U. of Mississippi drafts prison reform plan

JACKSON (WCBI) – The Mississippi chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union is rolling out a draft plan to cut the state’s prison population.  The group says changes in sentencing patterns for non violent crimes can drastically cut the number of people locked up and save millions for the state.  You can view the plan here
