CALHOUN COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A man is accused of having sexual relations with a teenager in Calhoun County.

Nicholas Whaley, 29, is charged with sexual battery.

Calhoun County Sheriff Greg Pollan says the 15 year-old victim’s mother made the report.

No other details are being released at this time.
