Video: Calhoun Supervisor Set For Plea Alternative Program
ABERDEEN (WCBI) – The pieces appear to be in place for Calhoun County Supervisor Earnest Fox to enter a plea to federal extortion charges.

Federal Court records posted Wednesday show Judge Allan Alexander has modified Fox’s release from custody for him to take part in the Plea Alternative to Conviction program. Fox and his attorney have already stated he would enter a guilty plea to charges he solicited donations to his election campaign from a Calhoun County logger if he was enrolled in the PACS program. Fox told the logger if he did not pay the money he would not be allowed to travel on Calhoun County roads. Fox entering the PACS No date for Fox to enter the plea has been set but the deadline for any plea agreement in the case is October 24th
