Car used as weapon in Lowndes assault

LOWNDES COUNTY (WCBI) – A Steens woman was jailed after she was accused of trying to run over her boyfriend.

Lowndes County Sheriff Mike Arledge said deputies were called to a Beulah Grove Road home around 11:30 Wednesday night.

A man at the home said he and his girlfriend had been arguing and as she was leaving she hit him with her car.

FITZPATRICK

24 year old Santana Fitzpatrick was charged with one count of Aggravated Domestic Violence.

The victim in the case went to the hospital in a private car. His current condition is not known.
