WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI)-Charges have not been filed against a West Point internet cafe.

State agents raided the café for the third time in the last seven years last Thursday.

Investigators from state tax and gaming offices shut down In Touch Enterprises at about 3:30 Thursday afternoon for suspected Internet gambling.

Customers inside the store were allowed to leave and weren’t charged. Agents spent the afternoon and evening checking machines inside the locked business and taking inventory of devices and money.
