Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Pudding

This recipe is sure to get your sweet tooth taken care of!  It’s easy and fun to make, and the whole family will beg you for more!
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (9×13 size)
eggs/water/oil called for in brownie mix
1 package instant chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding
1/2 cup of peanut butter chips
2 cups milk
Vanilla Ice Cream or Whipped Cream
Directions
1) Spray 6-7 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray
2) Prepare brownie mix as directed in medium bowl
3) Whisk pudding mix and milk in medium bowl until smooth
4) Pour the brownie mix first into the crockpot
5) Add peanut butter chips over the brownies
5) Slowly pour the pudding mix into the crockpot over the brownie
6) Cover crockpot with paper towel, then place on the lid
7) Cook low and slow for 3-4 hours
It will be finished when the edges are dry and done.  The middle will still look soggy.
Serve:
Warm with ice cream or whipped cream
Store air-tight in refridgerator for up to 3 days
