Claiborne at Adelaide under new ownership

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)- The Claiborne at Adelaide senior living facility in Starkville is under new ownership.

Waypoint Residential announced Wednesday the company has invested in the 82-unit senior retirement home.

It’s the second senior facility investment for Waypoint Residential.

Adelaide is the newest senior living facility in Starkville.

Waypoint focuses on rental housing.

They have six offices located in Atlanta, Boca Raton, Chicago, Dallas, Denver and Stamford.
