Woman reported missing in Clay County found safe

CLAY COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A woman reported missing in Clay County was found safe.

Sheriff Eddie Scott said deputies were able to locate Sonya Thompson and notify her family.

Before being found, she was last seen in the Una community on March 29th.

Scott thanked the public for their help.
