COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- Lowndes County Habitat for Humanity continued construction on a Columbus home Saturday.
Volunteers came to lay a roof and practice the organizations motto of “building lives and hope”. Construction will be completed in the upcoming months and the Columbus family will move back into their new home. Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that has been addressing poverty worldwide since 1976.
