Columbus Police Make Felony Drug Arrest

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — A Columbus man is behind bars, accused of having a felony amount of drugs.

Columbus police say they arrested 29-year-old Andrew Mitchell, Saturday, after making a traffic stop on Military Road and 11th Avenue North.

They say they’re charging him with felony possession of cocaine, and more than an ounce of marijuana, after finding the drugs when they pulled him over.
