Contractor License Readiness Workshop

MAYHEW, Miss.(WCBI)—Mississippi development Authority launched the first contractor license readiness workshop on Wednesday on the Mayhew East Mississippi community college campus.

Contractors from all across Mississippi attended.

The workshop is designed to help prepare the states contractors and subcontractors who maybe interested in pursuing the proper license recognized by the Mississippi state board of contractors.

Keynote speaker Sammy carotene says he hopes all who attended leave feeling confident.

“I want them to leave the room is a feeling that there is help out there who to go to and and hopefully out of this there will be a lot of one on one assistance that will be provided as they apply,said Workshop Keynote Speaker Sammy Carradine.
