Cracker Barrel shooting suspect indicted

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- The man accused of shooting a Columbus Cracker Barrel manager was indicted on two charges.

Robert Beck was charged with Attempted Murder and Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon.

Beck was accused of getting into an argument with his girlfriend, who was also an employee at the restaurant last June.

Columbus police said co-workers stepped in to help, while she ran from Beck.

The store manager was shot multiple times but survived.

Beck was eventually arrested in Tennessee, and was extradited back to Columbus.
