Crosstown Crossed Off As Campaign Spot

TUPELO (WCBI) –  The tradition of campaigning at Tupelo’s Crosstown intersection is coming to a close.  Tupelo Police say the practice has grown to a level it is becoming a traffic hazard at the city’s busiest intersection.   Candidates will be allowed to campaign from the parking lots of the businesses locatede at Crosstown if they get permission to do so.
