Drier & Less Humid Weather Returns

SUMMARY: Slightly cooler temperatures and lower humidity can be expected across the area today. We’ll see highs in the low 90s, but heat index values may near 100 in some spots. Drier weather continues through the end of the week before rain chances return by Sunday.

WEDNESDAY: A shower or storm can’t be ruled out, mainly south of Highway 82. Most of us will remain dry with highs in the low 90s. Heat index values could still near 100 in some spots.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Clouds will break up, leaving us with mainly clear and dry night. Lows in the upper 60s.

THURSDAY-SATURDAY: No rain is expected for the end of the week and start of the weekend, but temperatures will rise back into the mid 90s for highs by Saturday.

SUNDAY-TUESDAY: Chances for showers and storms return to the forecast for Sunday and the beginning of next week. Highs will be in the low 90s.
