Early Morning Fire Destroys Home

EUPORA, Miss. (WCBI) – A Eupora family loses everything in an overnight house fire.

Firefighters responded to the blaze on Highway 182 around 3:30 this morning, January 17. The home was fully engulfed.

Eupora Fire Chief Mitch Jackson tells WCBI, the family was inside asleep, but escaped unharmed.

Firefighters were able to get inside to save the family pet.

The house is complete loss. No word yet on what started the fire.
