Video: Fan Drive To Help People In Need

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Helping Hands and the United Way of Lowndes County are teaming up to help those in need stay cool this summer.

The two groups are sponsoring their annual fan drive.

They’re asking businesses, organizations, and individuals to donate new, unopened fans.

They will be distributed to families that don’t have adequate cooling systems in their homes.

The agencies will accept fans throughout the summer months.
