Fatal Crash in Walker County

WALKER COUNTY, Ala. (WCBI)- A single vehicle crash at 11 am Thursday August 17th, has claimed the life of a Jasper, Alabama man. Roger Dale Forrester, 60, was seriously injured when the 2005 Nissan he was driving left the roadway and overturned. Forrester was transported to UAB Hospital in Birmingham where he died August 20th. The crash occurred on Interstate 22 near the 80 mile marker, just one mile north of Quinton. There is no further information available as the Alabama State Troopers continue their investigation.
