Oktibbeha deputies first found Peter Schragl back in March  in a motor home at the Indian Mounds Camp Grounds in Starkville.  After talking with him, Oktibbeha County alerted the U.S. Marshalls that they may have located a non compliant sex offender in the county.  A followup investigation by the county and the F.B.I. confirmed Schragl had been convicted in Nevada of two counts of sexual seduction of a minor. On Monday he entered a guilty plea to violating the Federal Sex Offender Registration Act because he did not notify the Oktibbeha County Sheriff he was living at the campground.  Schragl will be sentenced in October.
