STARKVILLE, Miss.- From education to infrastructure, Starkville mayoral candidates went head-to-head Tuesday night on the issues.

The Greater Starkville Development Partnership and Starkville High School put on the event. High school seniors on the “Promote the Vote” committee and in the journalism program crafted questions based on citizens’ concerns. Issues included teen affairs, economic development, and infrastructure. About one hundred people attended tonight’s debate at the Greensboro Center.

Our very own Aundrea Self acted as the moderator. Primaries across the state will be next Tuesday.
