First Look: Christmas Forecast

Meteorologist Jacob Dickey gives us a First Look at the Christmas Forecast.  While we can’t quite yet give specifics or a day planner, trends are leaning towards a wet few days around the holidays.  If you’re traveling out of the state or by air, you’ll especially want to be in tune on the forecast in the coming days.

We also remind you to be careful on what you share on social media.  Be responsible and share reliable information and forecasts from trusted sources.  Avoid sharing pages that show just one model or ‘hype’ up a weather system.  No, that mega-blizzard Uncle Joe has been sharing on his Facebook page isn’t going to happen, and neither will the massive severe weather outbreak Aunt Sue has been looking at.  It simply is too far away to be that specific.  Instead, we take this “First Look” to show what the trends are suggesting as we count down to the Christmas holiday!
