Former Tupelo Council member passes away

TUPELO (WCBI) – Long time Tupelo Civic and business leader Dick Hill has passed away.   Hill was a member of the Tupelo City Council for 8 years during a span stretching from 2001 through 2009.   Hill is also remembered as the long time owner of Hill’s Western Auto in Tupelo.     Visitation is set for Friday March 15th from 4:00- 7:00 PMat the W.E. Pegues Chapel on West Jefferson Street   Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at 1305 Lawhon St.
