“Garden Mama” Visits Tupelo Farmers Market Depot

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI)- Area residents are enjoying some fresh produce this evening thanks to the Tupelo Farmers Depot.

Today, shoppers were drawn to a special attraction at the facility on South Spring Street.

Once a year, gardening expert Nellie Neal known as the Garden Mama does her radio show live from the Tupelo Farmers Depot.

Her show airs from 8-10 in the morning on Super talk Mississippi.

She gives listeners down to earth advice about garden basics, including how to deal with the every changing weather in Mississippi.

She says the Tupelo Farmers Depot is one of the best facilities of it’s kind, in the state.
