Governor Tate Reeves extends Mississippi’s State of Emergency

JACKSON, Miss. (WCBI)- Governor Tate Reeves extends Mississippi’s State of Emergency for an additional 30 days. The extension is said to ease the process of providing medical resources, transferring patients to areas where treatment is available, expand telemedicine access, and keep National Guard options available. Governor Reeves says there will be no lockdowns or statewide mask mandates.
