Great Friday Night Football Weather!

Next Week

TODAY:  Simply stunning late summer weather again today with cooler drier air in place. Look for mainly sunny skies along with highs in the upper 80s.  The 2nd week of high school football will go off without a hitch from Mother Nature.  Kickoff temps will be in the low 80s with 4th quarter conditions in the 70s.

WEEKEND:  We envision a fair amount of sunshine along with warm highs in the upper 80s.  Look for more clouds on Sunday than Saturday.  Saturday is looking dry but a few pop-up showers or storms can’t rule ruled out on Sunday.

NEXT WEEK:  As Hurricane Harvey makes landfall in Texas, the remnants of it could still impact our area next week.  Model data continue to suggest the remains will shift to the northeast by the middle of the week but confidence is low this far out in time. However, if this manages to become the case then widespread heavy rain would affect a good chunk of our area mid to late week.
