GTR Deputy Director Headed for National Security Forum

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)- An area airport deputy director is headed for the National Security Forum.

Golden Triangle Regional Airport’s Deputy Director, Matt Dowell, was chosen by the Air Force to attend the 65th Annual National Security Forum at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama.

The Air Force hosts 150 distinguished visitors every year at the NSF.

The purpose of the forum is for key civic leaders, senior military officers,and highly experienced government civilians to share perspectives on topics such as strategic leadership, strategy, national security, and other key areas.

Dowell was nominated by the leadership at the Columbus Air Force Base.

He was selected based on his background and role in the community.
