GTR LINK invites community to economic development update

GOLDEN TRIANGLE, Miss. (WCBI) –  The Golden Triangle Development LINK has invited the community to an economic development update on November 15. The event will be held at EMCC’s new workforce training center, The Communiversity, at 9 a.m.

The Communiversity is located on Frontage Road.

During the update, the GTR LINK will cover plans for development goals, legislative updates and unveil the Golden Triangle Regional Workforce Analysis commissioned by Younger Associates.

“We’ve got a lot to share with the region about our plans in the upcoming year,” said Joe Max Higgins, Jr. “We’re hopeful for a more productive support system, but in the meantime, we’re getting a lot more aggressive about our recruitment.”
