Video: House And Car Shot In South Columbus

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Columbus police are investigating a shooting that left a house and car riddled with bullets.

A CPD spokesperson tells WCBI a home and vehicle at 1320 5th Street South was hit by multiple bullets about 1 PM on Thursday.

Columbus Capt. Fred Shelton tells WCBI a white Chevy Impala driven by a black female with three armed black males wearing red are the suspects.

Shelton also says that 3 armed men were believed to have gotten out of the vehicle and shoot at the victim, hitting the victim once in the leg. The victim has not yet been found.

Police are still on the scene investigating the shooting incident.
