Increasing rain chances, but relief from the heat is in sight

TONIGHT: Any showers or storms that linger into the evening hours wil quickly die off after sunset, leaving clear skies and calm conditions. Temperatures will drop into the mid 70s and it will remain quite humid.

TUESDAY: Another warm and humid afternoon is in store and that will bring the chance for some more afternoon thunderstorms. Temperatures will climb into the mid 90s and heat indices will likely be over 100°.

TUESDAY NIGHT: A front looks to move into the area and that will bring more rain to the area overnight. Temperatures will stay in the mid 70s.

WEDNESDAY: With that front continuing to push through, more showers and storms will likely develop. Most everyone will see rain at some point during the day on Wednesday. Temperatures will be close to 90.

THURSDAY & FRIDAY: With the front to our south, we will begin to see some drier, less humid air in our area. This will also allow our temperatures to stay in the upper 80s during the day and the mid to upper 60s overnight.
