OAKLAND, Miss. (WCBI) — At least two men fire several shots while holding up a Yalobusha County convenience store and two customers inside.
Oakland Police Chief Russ Smith says the armed men covered their faces before walking inside the Shell Station on Highway 32 just after one Monday morning.
Two people walked in on the robbery and were held up also.
It’s believed another guy was waiting in the get-a-way vehicle, a Pontiac Torrent.
No arrest has been made.
Yalobusha County Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
