Judge Asked To Review Okolona Election

OKOLONA (WCBI) One of the players in the hotly contested Okolona City Marshal race is also going to court but he just wants the ballots examined at this time.

Tommie Ivy, Sr. lost to by one vote to William Randle in the May Democratic Primary. Ivy  says the Democratic Executive Committee denied him proper access to the absentee and affidavit ballots when he questioned the results.  He believes some of those were cast by people who do not live in the city. No date for a judges review of the race has been set
